Am I a Medium?
October is a time for connecting with the Spirit world and I have made some bookings with https://www.arthurfindlaycollege.org in the UK. A Sitter Assessment, Evidence Mediumship Workshop and 3 lectures with Paul Jacobs, Daniela Gervasoni and Pam Pollington all in the UK via Zoom. It's been one of those journeys where I don't advertise these things, but as time passes I might indulge and add this to my services later down the track. Authentic Mediumship is rare and I do not undertake this lightly. Moving into mediumship involves developing your intuitive abilities and connecting with the spirit world. Here are some steps to consider:
Educate Yourself: Read books and resources on mediumship, spirituality, and psychic development. Understanding the basics can help you build a solid foundation.
Meditation: Practice regular meditation to quiet your mind and enhance your intuitive abilities. This helps you become more attuned to subtle energies.
Practice: Start with simple exercises, such as reading energy or practicing with friends. You can also join groups or workshops that focus on mediumship.
Keep a Journal: Document your experiences, feelings, and any messages you receive. This can help you track your progress and recognize patterns.
Set Intentions: Clearly state your intention to connect with the spirit world. This can help focus your energy and guide your practice.
Develop Your Sensitivity: Pay attention to your surroundings and the feelings or impressions you receive. Trust your instincts and allow yourself to explore different sensations.
Find a Mentor: If possible, seek guidance from an experienced medium who can provide support, feedback, and teachings.
Stay Grounded: Ensure you maintain a balance between your spiritual practice and everyday life. Grounding techniques, such as spending time in nature, can help.
Be Patient: Mediumship is a skill that takes time to develop. Be patient with yourself and allow your abilities to unfold naturally.
Practice Ethics: Always approach mediumship with respect and integrity, keeping the well-being of others in mind.
By following these steps and remaining open to the experiences that come your way, you can gradually move into mediumship.
